I have since bought each one of his CDs, including this one, his latest.Eyes of the Heart is soothing and relaxing. It will calm you in an astounding way. If you have insomnia (as I sometimes do) the CD will enable you to sleep without the difficulty that sometimes makes that impossible.Delarue's music often includes the sound of the ocean, the sound of dolphins, as well as the musical melodies of his songs. It is an inspirational experience. I have never really been big on New Age music, but there is something about this music that reaches deep inside of you.I have purchased Frederic Delarue's CDs for my daughters and some of my friends.
